Lake Powell Pipeline Imperils Downstream Water Users

In a recent op-ed for Water Deeply, Taylor highlighted Utah's failure to conserve water even as the state proposes two massive new water diversions.

According to a new analysis of a new USGS study, per capita residential water use declined in California, Nevada, Arizona and New Mexico between 2010 and 2015. But upstream in Utah, Colorado and Wyoming, residential use increased by 7 percent over the same period.
