Measures to support accessibility
Utah Rivers Council takes the following measures to ensure accessibility of utahrivers.org:
We strive to make all of our webpages as accessible as possible for all people to use. However, we are a very small team with limited web design capabilities, so issues sometimes arise with our website’s design. We do our best to address these issues as quickly as possible.
Conformance status
The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) defines requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities. It defines three levels of conformance: Level A, Level AA, and Level AAA. Utahrivers.org is partially conformant with WCAG 2.2 level AA. Partially conformant means that some parts of the content do not fully conform to the accessibility standard.
