Utah Rivers Council – 25 years as the Voice for Utah’s Rivers
Founded in 1994, the Utah Rivers Council is a non-profit organization that promotes sustainable aquatic ecosystems by protecting Utah’s watersheds and the communities they support. We implement our mission through research, education, grassroots advocacy and community leadership.
The Utah Rivers Council believes public policy should be based on good data and vetted science.
The Utah Rivers Council seeks transparency in government decisions about our water and our rivers through open dialogues about who benefits from taxpayer spending.
